Parting

Supps have claimed their victims yet again this year. This time though, a lot of close friends seem to have suffered, even more so than last year. I'm going to miss having you guys around in lessons sigh. It never gets any easier; i only hope we don't lose anyone else in this fashion. Just when I had gotten over the fear of losing a cgmate to illness too...

Had lunch today with pearll and huis, in a rather out of the way place. Hidden deep inside portsdown road(or avenue, i forget which) Colbar has decent food, though very little vegetarian fare. The place itself is charming, with a rustic quality that reminded me strongly of OBS sabah. It even has a little library run by honour system(borrow whatever u want, as long as u want, but replace it with something equally readable). Makes a great change from Orchard road, with its seething mass of humanity. Here we got to see a side of S'pore not often seen; and entertaining conversation too haha... Thanks for a good afternoon out ladies!
